Alliecat for Model Number LSE7806ACE How to I get the front panel off to access the timer motor? I already removed the angled panel. Also, pretty sure it's the timer motor as one cycle would fill the tub, but not work beyond that. Now, as of this morning, no cycles work even though the tub filled up! Any thoughts? I hear clicking when lowering the lid, so don't think it's that.
Answer Alliecat, it would be recommended that the lid switch is tested for continuity to ensure that it is making proper contact as the clicking does not guarantee that it is operating properly. It is also recommended that the out of balance arm and switch are inspected to ensure that they are not being activated from a possible out of balance situation. To access the timer section, there are two screws under the panel that will need to be removed, allowing the control panel to be moved from the upper lock tabs. Read More...
