Shaun for Model Number A211 I do take note that some of preferablly the 2 crossed terminals where the L1 White/ green stripped wire connects and the Hot side of the power cord is very loose can move it up down compared to the 2 other timers i have NONE of them do that could that cause the issue?
Answer Shaun, You have stated that you are getting proper power to the motor but the motor will not turn. This will be a faulty motor and you will need to replace it.
