Hi Katherine. Make sure the drain pipe is as tall/taller then the top of the washer and the drain hose is not vacuumed locked pulling water from the tub as soon as it is put in. Then if the unit keeps filling then unplug the unit while filling. If the water sops filling then it is not a water valve. Then if it keeps filling, then replace the water valve part # WP21001932. Unhook the pressure switch hose. Blow into the hose backs towards the tub. If you felt like there was an obstruction pushed into the tub, you have cleared the hose from lint or debris. this will not allow the pressure switch to close and start the cycle after proper fill. If not it is possible you have a bad pressure switch part # is WP21001554. Thank you.
