Hello Jim. Yes, if there is power to the timer, but none coming out when turned on, replace the timer. Make sure the fuse in the lid switch is not blown. If so, you need to replace the lid switch WP22001682, not the timer. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3.
