Hello Steve. You need to turn all the pulleys under the washer and make sure the pump pulley turns freely and the thrust bearing is releasing the brake to spin the unit. If not, you will need to replace the part that is bad. If all the pulleys are good, you may have a timer issue with the unit. It should be worth repair if the unit is in good shape.
