Hello Patricia. Make sure the vent is clean and there are no kinks in the vent. Set the dryer on timed dry and test for voltage going to the timer motor. If there is voltage there and the motor does not move to turn the timer, you will need to replace the timer WP305448. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3.
