Dryer Challenged for Model Number DE 312 My DE312 heats but does not cool down. The timer cycles thru but I have no temp control other than "hot" regardless of where or which mode you select. Any help with this problem would be appreciated. Thanks!
Answer Hello! You will need to check the venting system to ensure it is not kinked or clogged.
