Answer Hello Eva. Use the wiring diagram on the unit and test for power coming to the timer motor. If there is power there, and the timer does not advance, you will need to replace the timer WP33002803. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3. Here is a link on how to use a multi-meter.
