CD, Are you sure the dryer is heating the complete cycle ? and it is heating properly ? and you're sure you installed the correct timer based on the model and serial number 16 > WP33002803. Improper air flow or a "sticky cycling thermostat can cause the issue you described on the "auto advance" cycles but the timed dry setting should run for the amount of time you selected.
