Jrm for Model Number LA5500XSWO Whirlpool Washer Washer control advances to mid point of spin cycle, it then stops, it will finish spin cycle if it is advanced a coupla of clicks. I am wondering if the control is bad.
Answer JRM, When the unit stops if you are immediately clicking the timer a couple of clicks and it restarts then the timer would be the issue. If not then you will want to pull the inner tub and check for something being caught between the tubs causing drag and causing motor to overheat. Read More...
