Dg for Model Number WTW57ESVW0 The washer fills with water and begins to agitate but will not move through to the rinse and spin cycle unless we manually do it. Smells hot if left to wash and will just continue to agitatate. Is this just the timer? This washer is about 2 years old.
Answer Hello DG. Test and see if there is power coming to the timer motor, during the operation of the wash cycle. If so, and the timer does not move, you will need to replace the timer WPW10177827. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3. Here is a link on how to use a multi-meter.
