Scott for Model Number WTW58ESVW1 I have a 14 month old washer that I purchased new. It works fine until the last minute or so of the final spin cycle. It adds water to the load and then shuts off. I advance it to another spin cycle to spin the water out of it. Do you think it's the timer and level switch or just the level switch? I'm so surprised that I'm having this issue on a new washer. Thanks in advance for your support. BTW, do you think it's worth calling Customer Service to see if they will cover this under warranty? I've had some not so positive experiences with their Customer Service.
Answer Hello Scott. Usually it's the timer, but Whirlpool advises to change both the timer and the switch. WPW10248240 Hope this helps. Read More... Answered by AppliancePartsPros.com | Thursday, March 17, 2011
