Answer Alexis, You'll need to move the refrigerator away from the wall enough to get behind it. You'll need to unplug the power cord and remove the cover in the lower right rear wall, to access the main control board WR55X10942C and visually inspect the board for damage, and loose connections. Power from the outlet enters the main control board, then the board converts the power to low voltage where needed and distributes the power to the components.
