Jesse for Model Number Haier Model RBFS21SIAS Refrigerator stop cooling both freezer and refrig. the compressor starts for about 7 seconds and stops and will start up again in 2 minutes. It keeps doing this over and over. I unplugged it and restarted but does the same thing. Any suggestions?
