Steven A for Model Number GS5SHAXNL00 I ordered a AP3962960 Start device late yesterday. I want your opinion on adding a 2169373 capacitor with it. The freezer and refrigerator are not cooling . I noticed a clicking sound that would occur about every minute or two coming from the compressor. The compressor would try to run for about 10 seconds then it would cut off. Is it likely this part is bad? Thanks
Answer Hello Steven. The part you purchased includes the start device and relay. From what you have described, it sounds like the relay is failing.
