Bob, there is a fan W10846539 located just behind the ice maker that draws cold air from the freezer to keep the ice within the necessary temperatures. This fan will need to be tested for 11-14VDC by accessing the wire above the top panel where the LED lights are. If the fan is receiving the voltage necessary but does not operate, then the fan has failed and would need to be replaced.
