William for Model Number GB2FHDXWQO1 My fridge isn't getting cold, freezer working great. I replaced the control board with a new one but same problem freezer working great but fridge isn't getting cold. I was looking at your possibilities that it might be the run capacitor or the compressor starting device but don't want to buy both if it is only one not working. Thanks
Answer William, If the compressor is running for the freezer temperature to be good then the capacitor or the start device is not likely the issue. This sounds like you have an airflow issue, such as a defrosting issue or something is iced up not allowing the air to reach the refrigerator section. Read More...
