Answer

Disconnect power. Remove the 2 mounting screws holding the element to the back wall. Slowly pull the element out until you can get to the wire terminals. Unplug the wires from the old element. Plug the wires onto the new element. Re-install the element to the back wall. Re-connect power and test. You're done, Thanks!
