Deb for Model Number Whirlpool RS6300XKF Tried to remove the old element but the connectors seemed fused to the element - is it still possible for me to replace the element (oven is Model RS6300XKF, I got part WPL 308180 from you all)?
Answer Hello Deb. You may need to use some pliers to pull the terminals off the spades of the old element. They can be tight to remove.
