Hello Greg, The first thing you should do is check the power supply. If the unit isn't getting 240Vac, it can never operate properly. If the breaker, receptacle, and terminal block all check out, items that should be checked include the clock, selector switch, door lock assembly, thermostat, and associated wiring. This will need to be checked with a test meter to determine the exact cause. The issue can be further narrowed down by seeing if the broil works. The tech sheet should be located on the back or bottom of the drawer or on the inside of the cabinet on one side or the other hidden by the drawer.
