Attila for Model Number KGSA906PSS00 Hi, my question is kitchen got flooded and the oven too. The repairman came out when I plugged in the oven it was clicking nonstop so then he said the spark module was bad. I replaced it stop clicking I mean the sparks the top works great. But when I turn on the oven it comes on for a couple of seconds and turns off. Yesterday it took like 3 hours to heat up to 400 degrees. I don t know if the igniter is bad or a safety valve? What would you suggest?
Answer Attila, You will need to make sure the ignitor is drawing 3.2 to 3.6 amps. This is the current the ignitor needs to draw in order to open the gas valve. The easiest method to test is with a clamp on amp meter. Read More... Answered by AppliancePartsPros.com | Monday, September 24, 2018
