Deb for Model Number 11046742700 I was getting a F20 error every time I washed. I replaced the flow meter, but I got the same error code.
Answer Hello Deb, The very next thing to try is to disconnect the water supply hoses and check the screens. You see, the water flowing through the flow meter is what the control is seeing. If the screens are stopping up, it may not be spinning the flow meter fast enough and is giving the fault. Then I would go back in and unplug it and re-connect it. Then I would trace the wires back to the control and disconnect and re-connect that end. If this doesn't correct it the control WPW10157912 is the part with the issue. You can call in for an exchange authorization for another new flow meter first if you want to eliminate it as a cause. Read More... Answered by AppliancePartsPros.com | Wednesday, July 11, 2012
