Valentin, I can send you a tech sheet. Find your error code and follow the test procedures. You should be checking the pressure hose and flow meter for proper operation. Check the screens on the valve also to make sure they're not blocked or dirty with calcium.

Hello Rick, You will want to test for power to the water valve when the unit is calling for water. If there is no power then the issue would be the control board. If there is power then the water valve would need replaced.

Hello Deb, The very next thing to try is to disconnect the water supply hoses and check the screens. You see, the water flowing through the flow meter is what the control is seeing. If the screens are stopping up, it may not be spinning the flow meter fast enough and is giving the fault.Then I would go back in and unplug it and re-connect it. Then I would trace the wires back to the control and disconnect and re-connect that end. If this doesn't correct it the control WPW10157912 is the part with the issue. You can call in for an exchange authorization for another new flow meter first if you want to eliminate it as a cause.
