Leo for Model Number Kenmore 66515958791 Is there suppose to be a clip or cap or some mechanism on the end of the descending plastic shaft of the third level wash arm to retain the plastic disk and stainless steel washer? If not, how are they kept on the shaft? Thanks in advance for your response. Leo
