Hello Harold. Based on the model number you provided, you will release the clips on the top of the toe panel. You can use a putty or butter knife to do this, then remove the toe panel, and remove the screws at the bottom of the front panel. Pull the bottom of the front panel out, and remove the front panel. Now you can access the blower housing and the blower wheel WP697772. Hope this helps.
