The Rocker Switch is an OEM part for Frigidaire ranges and ovens. It is responsible for turning the interior oven light on and off. The light switch allows visibility of the oven cavity for viewing food during the cooking process.

Causes can include normal wear and tear over time, exposure to heat inside the oven cavity, or accidental damage.

Symptoms of a bad oven light rocker switch include:

• The oven light failing to illuminate when the door is opened
• The light remaining on even when the door is closed
• An inconsistent or flickering oven light
• The switch itself becoming loose, cracked, or non-responsive
