Description
This welded 30-inch convection baffle directs oven airflow for even heat distribution and stable convection performance. It restores correct air circulation so baked goods roast and bake more evenly and the fan runs quietly. What it does:
- Channels convection fan airflow across the oven cavity for consistent temperatures
- Helps prevent hot/cold spots that cause uneven baking or roasting
- Keeps the convection fan from contacting internal components and reduces vibration/rattling
- Restores designed airflow after damage, bending, or corrosion
