Ted C Missoula , MT December 09, 2016 Appliance: Model WAP24201UC/11 Bosch washing machine door gasket torn/leaking Had a hard time matching my Bosch serial/model numbers with anything online, here at AppliancePartsPros or elsewhere. I kept getting "Your serial number is incomplete. Here are some possible replacement parts." Sorry, not happening. And phone support was lacking. So I called the place I bought the machine from. They have no service department, sales only. But they gave me their distributor. Called them and managed to get the genuine part number. Then came back online to find the door seal. At this point AppliancePartsPro was good. Same part number as the manufacturer, and about 15% cheaper than the distributor, so I bought it. Arrived quickly and was an exact replacement. I went to youtube to find an instructional video. Could have reasoned my way through without it, but it was good to have some initial guidance.
