Customer support didn't berate me for what was undoubtedly my fault. I was treated very righteously, calmly reassured everything would be all right. I'm a web geek, using YouTube videos to diagnose and get directions. Then searching out a good price, which I got from AppliancePartsPros. What I didn't expect was being so warmly treated by tech support. I've bookmarked them for future appliance parts. They're family!
