On the website, I ordered a module for a different dishwasher which slid into place but didn't work. Customer support didn't berate me for what was undoubtedly my fault. I was treated very righteously, calmly reassured everything would be all right. I'm a web geek, using YouTube videos to diagnose and get directions. Then searching out a good price, which I got from AppliancePartsPros. What I didn't expect was being so warmly treated by tech support. I've bookmarked them for future appliance parts. They're family! Fixing stuff by owner does more than save a ton of $ (I probably would have had to replace the dishwasher)... It's the green way to approach life. Happy Trails!
