Alan A Albany , NY July 27, 2022 Appliance: Model SHXM88Z75N/01 Broken end cap and missing cutlery drawer We moved into a house and the dishwasher was missing its top drawer and an end cap for the handle was broken. After doing a little bit of research, your company had the parts in stock and at a reasonable price. Even better, they arrived quickly. The cutlery drawer was easy to replace. The handle end cap took about 20 minutes to replace - I helped my wife do it. We probably saved ourselves several hundred dollars in labor and markup fees.
