Michael H San Diego , CA January 20, 2021 Bosch dishwasher would not drain completely/properly After checking on the internet and the Appliance Parts Pros site, it seemed like a blocked filter. Much easier than a pump problem. This is an easy fix, but the cause of the problem is worth a comment. I had checked the filter frequently when the dishwasher was new, but stopped because there was never a problem. After several years, it became plugged. With calcium buildup from the hard water in So California (650 ppm TDS!), very hard water. The build up was so bad, it was difficult to remove the filter and impossible to clean it. So, I purchased all new parts from Appliance Parts Pros.com. So, check your filter and rinse it clean. If for no other reason than to prevent the issue I just experienced. Read More... The drain pump cover was bent at the tab, so not completely sealing the pump and the original check-valve below was rubber and stiff so maybe allow back flow.
