Description
The Drawer is an OEM component specifically designed for Bosch bottom-mount refrigerators. It provides storage for fruits, vegetables, and other perishables that require precise temperature and humidity control.
Symptoms of a bad drawer include:
- Improper sealing that allows cooler air to leak out
- Difficulty opening or sliding smoothly
- Damage or cracks in the glass
- Issues with the crisper humidity control features
Causes of failure may include normal wear and tear of the tracks, rollers, and seals over time. Accidental damage from overloading or cleaning chemicals could also affect functionality.
Replacing the drawer with this Bosch OEM part can restore proper cooling and storage. It is compatible with many French-door and bottom-freezer refrigerator models across Bosch's residential line. This replacement drawer is also compatible with Sub-Zero and some JennAir refrigeration appliances.
