James H Fayetteville , AR April 14, 2015 Appliance: Model HDS255U/01 Bad electrode ignitor on one top burner of bosch gas stove Ordered part at 4:33 on Friday and FedEx dropped it at my door at 9:35 Sat a.m. I did not pay for expedited shipping. I had trouble getting to the offending part as the illustration of the parts was less than desirable. i called the help line and the agent was very helpful with ideas to try as he was looking at the same illustration as I. I did finally figure out the correct way to access the part and once I removed the rusted screws, the repair took only 5 minutes even though I spun my wheels for over and hour. I am very impressed with the service and the willingness to help displayed by Appliancepartspros.com. I am sending a link to their Web site to family and friends. BTW.
