My 18+ year old Jennair cooktop, PN CCG2520W was in need of a rebuild b/c of a welded venturi tube on the right front [RF] burner. In order to remove the glass top cover, you MUST remove the venturi tube. To do this you have to DRILL-OUT the venturi tube which requires a new venturi and orifice holder. Appliance pros had the part. Incredibly, we received it the next day. They sent a confirming e mail with general instructions on how to replace it. Worked like a charm! Our's is a Bosch unit. The retaining brass nut in the center of the burner is an odd size-20 mm which I did not have among my many automotive metric tools. The local Auto Zone though had a 20 mm socket. Once that was removed the procedure would have been a breeze except the retaining screw on the old igniter was frozen. ... Read more

Ordered part at 4:33 on Friday and FedEx dropped it at my door at 9:35 Sat a.m. I did not pay for expedited shipping. I had trouble getting to the offending part as the illustration of the parts was less than desirable. i called the help line and the agent was very helpful with ideas to try as he was looking at the same illustration as I.
