Christopher C Seattle , WA October 02, 2017 Water didn't drain. Bosch Axxis wasn't draining. Cleaned out filter and still didn't drain. There was also a whining noise when it was trying to drain. So I did some research and confirmed what I suspected. The drain pump had failed. Ordered a new pump and it arrived in two days. Replacement took a couple hours. Had to remove the back panel and front lower panel. Two hoses connected to the old pump had to be disconnected as did a power connection. Putting the new pump back in was just a matter of reconnecting the same two hoses and electrical connector then mounting it back in position. I would say it was pretty easy.
