Thomas R Oak Island , NC July 20, 2015 Broken handle end cap on bosch diswasher One end cap was broken but I ordered 2 since the shipping was the same price. I replaced both by removing the Tork screws on both sides of the door panel (one side at a time). There was a bolt on the inside panel of the door that secured the end cap. I replaced the end cap and tightened the bolt moderately so as to not crack the plastic end cap. Total job was 30 mins replacing both end caps and including figuring out how to get to them. NOTE - be careful to not open the door panel sections too wide as a plastic spacer may drop out of place. It's easy enough to put it back in place if you remove one side at a a time and can see how the spacer on the other side is situated in the door panel. I used the Chat With a Pro option and they confirmed I had the right piece. The dishwasher door was easy to take apart and the new end caps were in place in about 20 minutes. Great experience.
