Kim H Kamuela , HI March 28, 2014 Appliance: Model SHE53TF5UC/02 E24. Drain hose got kinked at initial install. Obtained a replacement hose from App Parts Pros. Was actually an easy fix. The old hose is detached from the housing by just pulling it out(there are no clamps) with the assist of a screwdriver for leverage. The new hose then plugs in. Voila! Installed it on unit and continued with install. Brenton M Stockton , CA January 09, 2017 Appliance: Model SHX68T55UC/02 E24 and water tap errors The way this dishwasher runs the discharge hose it seems really easy to kink so after I kept getting these errors I decided to remove it and get rid of the unit when I found where the hose was kinked. OMG there it was the machine not at fault the installer didn't pay attention aka ME lol. So purchased new hose and ran hose through a new hole I drilled and man the dishwasher works better then new now wow I'm so happy. 1k dishwasher I was stressing. I watched 2 very informative videos from your site and it looked like an easy enough fix. I realized that since I had the appliance out, I might as well replace another pc which had the appearance of scale buildup that may have caused reduced cleaning of the dishes. I ordered the parts Sunday night and they arrived Tuesday which enabled me to have the dishwasher running that evening. I thank you. My wife thanks you.
