Michael R Scottsdale , AZ December 24, 2020 Appliance: Model DWHD94BP/19 No display. I changed the control board (00498022) in the door of my Thermador dishwasher. Thermador, Bosch, and Siemens all use the same board for the indoor controls and display. This required a #15-star head driver to remove the screws. I used an impact wrench (set to a low torq setting) to speed things up. There are approximately 12 screws to remove. Two are long. The rest are short. Be careful to hold the door together as the last screws are removed. Everything comes apart easily and you do not want the door to fall or get dented as you remove the last screws. The connections to the control board are keyed so you cannot put them on wrong when you reassemble. But it is a good idea to take a photo to ensure all is put back together correctly. Once you get the front panel removed, you need to remove the ground wire and the door latch wires as well as the wires from the control board. You simply move the retaining latches out of the way and the connectors will come off with very little pressure. Then you can pull the top assembly out of the door panel. Carefully remove the control board w a small flat screwdriver. It is held in by 4-5 metal latches. Try not to bend them. Insert the new board. Reassemble into the door and reattach all the wires (which will be obvious from the disassembly process). I suggest another person help with the reassembly to help hold the door and ensure no dropping of the door. Make sure you get all the styrofoam pieces back in place prior to closing up the door screws. Note: A couple more hands makes this job easy and you only need a helper for about 3 minutes until you get a few screws back in the door. This is an easy job and if you simply pay attention it is something anyone can do. Janet G Carmichael , CA January 03, 2015 Brand new (less than six months old) bottom rack of dishwasher missing two wheels Yes. The first item listed on the parts web site for this model of Bosch dishwasher were these wheels. They arrived in a timely manner and I popped them on. Problem fixed. Bigger problem: why does a new dishwasher rack lack two of the necessary wheels to make it stay on runner?!
