Bosch 00702451 Oven Control Board Repair Kit OEM Part

We called a technician to see if our double oven could be fixed and they said no. We'd have to purchase a new unit. After doing some research, I found a post/blog that mentioned the same problem. They recommended replacing #3 capacitors on the display circuit board that were probably damaged. I ordered them and soldered them in place as the post suggested but this didn't work. Finally I went to ApplianceParts and located the replacement for our oven. After the parts arrived, I took the front panel off and carefully matched the wires to the new circuit board and put the unit back together. Wasn't nearly as difficult as I thought it would be. To my amazement, the display came on and worked perfectly! Many thanks to ApplicanceParts for providing the fix for us. Saved us from having to buy a replacement appliance which would have been just over $3000.00. Hopefully this post will help someone else. Our experience was excellent.

Replaced display, control board instruction sheet could use a little help, but look at ti long enough and you'll figure it out

I replaced the display and main relay board with the kit you supplied.

Appliance Parts Pros were very helpful, first in identifying the correct replacement parts (not cheap! about $350 for the circuit board and LED display), then finding a service manual to guide the installation. Was relatively tough to fix - had to slide the very heavy oven out of its receptacle, remove the front panel, remove the sheet metal cover to the innards, then make a diagram of the many, many spade lugs and connectors necessary to be undone then reconnected to the new board. The connectors had changed in the new parts, but a separate service sheet explained the new connectors well. Wiring was relatively straightforward, just a lot of connections.
