We called a technician to see if our double oven could be fixed and they said no. We'd have to purchase a new unit. After doing some research, I found a post/blog that mentioned the same problem. They recommended replacing #3 capacitors on the display circuit board that were probably damaged. I ordered them and soldered them in place as the post suggested but this didn't work. Finally I went to ApplianceParts and located the replacement for our oven. After the parts arrived, I took the front panel off and carefully matched the wires to the new circuit board and put the unit back together. Wasn't nearly as difficult as I thought it would be. To my amazement, the display came on and worked perfectly! Many thanks to ApplicanceParts for providing the fix for us. Saved us from having to buy a replacement appliance which would have been just over $3000.00. Hopefully this post will help someone else. Our experience was excellent.
