Joseph M Dunmore , PA January 15, 2019 Facia panel had developed cracks The Panel-Facia part did the trick (although you should note that the part called a "holder" is already installed, and doesn't need to be ordered separately). The installation was a bit more involved than it appeared to be at first glance, as many parts of the door needed to be disassembled. I recommend reviewing a YouTube video on door disassembly before you get started (and make sure you turn off the circuit breaker!). Installation was successful and solved the problem. Easy fix..15 minutes..about 8 or 9 screws.
