Bosch 12004119 Dishwasher Door Cable And Spring Set OEM Part

I looked online and found a number of repair videos. The one from AppliancePartsPros was the most clear. I initially went to Amazon to get the part but the delivery on it was unacceptable. I googled the part and found AppliancePartsPros. It was cheaper than Amazon and arrived MUCH more quickly. When it came time to do the repair, we watched the video again. The repair went VERY smoothly!

I watched the AppliancePartsPros.com Youtube video on how to replace the springs and cable to my dishwasher. That helped me have the confidence to fix it myself! I ordered the parts and installed them myself.

As boring and plain part repair is (at least for me) AppliancePartsPros.com provided the wow factor! I'm not that mechanical and don't have the time for repair work, but they saved me $700 on a new dishwasher. Not to go into the details, the parts got here the next day and the instructions where super clear. I'm still pinching myself wondering how an experience like this could go so smoothly. It's nice to know that some folks must really like their job to provide a great customer experience. Finally, to top it off, the parts had a backup feature that I used because the dishwasher frame was broken and the parts needed to go on another way. Someone was really thinking here... super smart... talk about attention to detail, the bottom line.

I started with a google search to figure out why my door was flopping when I opened it. Once I knew that, I searched for parts. Thank goodness I chose Appliance Parts Pros. Their video was excellent. The part arrived within a day and once I had reviewed the instructions, the repair took all of about 10 minutes to complete! Like another reviewer reported, I only had to disconnect the power and not the water lines to complete this repair. By the way, I’m 72 and female. I feel so proud of myself!

The new repair kit addressed both problems as the springs now include a much better fastening system to the frame as well as a smaller, simpler nylon adapter attaching the spring and door cable. Replacing the parts took 5 minutes, less time than it took to pull the dishwasher in and out of it's cavity. The YouTube video made the repair even easier but isn't necessary.
