I'm not that mechanical and don't have the time for repair work, but they saved me $700 on a new dishwasher. Not to go into the details, the parts got here the next day and the instructions where super clear. I'm still pinching myself wondering how an experience like this could go so smoothly. It's nice to know that some folks must really like their job to provide a great customer experience. Finally, to top it off, the parts had a backup feature that I used because the dishwasher frame was broken and the parts needed to go on another way.
