Larry M Spring Hill , FL September 26, 2023 Appliance: Bosch Microwave HMC80251UC/01 Door hinge spring broken. Removed door and replaced both hinges. Repair folks said they could not get the parts. And I would have to replace the door. This Bosch microwave was not designed to be repaired. I destroyed the side cover gettung to the hinges, which I expected and had ordered a new one with the hinges. Kyle T San Jose , CA June 20, 2023 Appliance: Jenn-Air Refrigerator JCD2297KEF Fridge side was freezing over. With the help of all the videos on your site relating to this symptom I was able to make an informed choice on a common fix with the thermister. I confirmed the blend door was working, and H2o was present. Changed the thermister and after an hour or so letting the fridge it adjust to the new part, everything went back to normal. I'm not sure if it said in the videos that some fridges may beep while it adjust to the new part. I thought maybe the part was bad or wrong.
