Doug T Bonham , TX February 09, 2018 Appliance: Model BOSCH NEXXT SERIES 500 - WFMC5301UC/15 My bosch next series 500 washer’s drum belt and drum dampers were shot smelled smoke when it tried to rinse & tub shook violently then also Removed the rear panel, top lid and found burnt belt and what appeared to be worn out plastic dampers/shocks on bottom of drum. I had called several repairmen and they were all 7-10 days behind. I live in a small town, 60 miles from a metro area and there are very few qualified techs to work on my washer dryer, i was told. A Google search found this site and i was able to EASILY FIND the parts I needed and they WERE IN STOCK. I hoped to get the parts quick and even paid for next day delivery, because I had been without a washing machine for several days. This was late Monday evening, around 5PM. I was shocked and surprised when FEDEX arrived at 9am on Tuesday with the parts - correct ones & packaged great! Tuesday noon, i was washing clothes with a like-new washing machine that appears to work better now than before. I WILL use these guys again. VERY WELL PLEASED! The belt was very loose. We did put the new belt in hot water for about three minutes so it went on easier. Shocks were very easy to replace. Job took maybe a hour for both. Now the machine is performing like it use to. My bosch 500 series is now 14 years young.. Brenda P New Bern , NC April 01, 2014 Appliance: Whirlpool Washer WFW8300SW00 Dyafuctional shocks My husband took out a lot of screws and replaced the bad shocks with the new ones. It went quite easily for him...The washer is working... The funny part is that the Bosch repair man couldn't do the job because there were no parts available. He could just as well looked the up and ordered them to do the job and charged us twice as much...I feel we got a good job at a reasonable price.
