Removed the rear panel, top lid and found burnt belt and what appeared to be worn out plastic dampers/shocks on bottom of drum. I had called several repairmen and they were all 7-10 days behind. I live in a small town, 60 miles from a metro area and there are very few qualified techs to work on my washer dryer, i was told. A Google search found this site and i was able to EASILY FIND the parts I needed and they WERE IN STOCK. I hoped to get the parts quick and even paid for next day delivery, because I had been without a washing machine for several days. This was late Monday evening, around 5PM. I was shocked and surprised when FEDEX arrived at 9am on Tuesday with the parts - correct ones & packaged great! Tuesday noon, i was washing clothes with a like-new washing machine that appears to work better now than before. I WILL use these guys again. VERY WELL PLEASED!
