Kirk B Pelham , AL March 24, 2014 The switch stopped working Initially performed troubleshooting over the phone with Bosch customer support and did preliminary research on the web. Ultimately had to call out service technician to isolate/confirm problem. He confirmed the problem was most likely the switch (if not, the actually computer processor) and gave me the part number (since it was going to take 10 BD's for him to get the part). I ordered through Appliance Parts Pros and received the part in only 2 days. However, upon trying to install it, I found that the mfr had changed the part number and therefore the info from the technician resulted in me ordering an outdated part. I contacted APP who researched the part number, gave me the correct number and placed the order for me that same afternoon. The part arrived at 11 am the next morning! I unpacked it and installed without any problem. Everything working like a champ. Richard S St. Augustine , FL November 11, 2024 Appliance: Bosch Dishwasher SHE43R55UC/64 The start & stop button kept hanging up in the facial panel i had recently replaced the facial panel because it was cracked so when i installed the replacement panel from appliance pro The problem with my Bosch dishwasher was I was originally sent the wrong facial panel. The buttons did not really work smoothly and the power switch hung up. After reordering the facial part, the correct one, everything fit and works great. There was nothing wrong with the power switch, it was the facial panel that was the problem. I should have sent the first one back to Appliance Pro. Read More...
