Kirk B Pelham , AL March 24, 2014 The switch stopped working Initially performed troubleshooting over the phone with Bosch customer support and did preliminary research on the web. Ultimately had to call out service technician to isolate/confirm problem. He confirmed the problem was most likely the switch (if not, the actually computer processor) and gave me the part number (since it was going to take 10 BD's for him to get the part). I ordered through Appliance Parts Pros and received the part in only 2 days. However, upon trying to install it, I found that the mfr had changed the part number and therefore the info from the technician resulted in me ordering an outdated part. I contacted APP who researched the part number, gave me the correct number and placed the order for me that same afternoon. The part arrived at 11 am the next morning!
