Description

This door switch completes the circuit when a door or access panel closes, allowing normal operation and preventing the appliance from running with the door open. Replaces a worn or failed door-interlock switch to restore reliable door sensing. What it does:

• Detects when the door is closed and signals the appliance control to enable operation
• Prevents runs or cycles when the door is open for safe operation
