This replacement gas valve controls gas flow to the burner in a gas dryer, enabling safe ignition and consistent heat. When it fails, the burner may not light and loads can stay damp; replacing it restores proper drying performance.

• Opens and closes gas flow to the burner when heat is called for
• Shuts off gas when the cycle ends or heating is not active
• Common symptoms: dryer runs but has no heat or the burner never ignites
• May present as the ignitor glowing or clicking repeatedly without flame, or intermittent heat

What's included: One gas valve assembly. Install notes:

• Disconnect power and shut off the gas supply before servicing
• Work in a ventilated area and allow the dryer and burner to cool
• Use only gas-rated thread sealant on threaded connections
• After installation, turn on gas and check all joints for leaks with a soap-and-water solution

This precision-drilled burner orifice is sized for Type 4 butane applications. It meters gas to the burner so flames ignite reliably and burn cleanly when the appliance is configured for butane per the manufacturer's specifications. What it does:

• Regulates gas flow to the burner head for proper flame size and shape
• Type 4 drilling intended for butane gas configurations specified by the manufacturer
• Replaces a missing or stripped orifice during service or gas-type conversion

What's included:

• 1 burner orifice (Type 4, butane)

Install notes:

• Shut off gas supply and power; allow the appliance to cool before service
• Access the orifice at the burner base/manifold; remove the original with the correct wrench or socket
• Start threads by hand; tighten snugly—avoid overtightening or cross-threading
• After reassembly, leak-check with soapy water and verify flame; gas conversions should be performed following OEM instructions and local codes
