After removing it and cleaning up the exposed parts and connections, concluded that the motor had simply died. AppliancePartsPro made finding the replacement part very simple. I double-checked the part number on Sears website (they also offered a replacement part, but for a few dollars more). The new fan/motor arrived in just a few days and it took less than 5 minutes to install it. Simple easy project! Byron R Burbank , IL May 11, 2015 Appliance: Model S97012248 (AP4527731) Motor assemely needed replacing I removed the screen over the exhausted fan, use a socket to remove bolts disconnected power cable and pulled assembly out. I merely install assembly in reverse order. 20 minutes top for repair, saved at least $90 service charge not including their cost for the part. Easy fix.
